We manufacture plastic injection moulds for thermoplastics and duroplastics using our own toolshop and local long-term partners. Established mould types include unscrewing tools, slidetools, moulds with hydraulic core pull control, moulds for in-mould injection methods, stack moulds and moulds for clean room production.
Mould making for clean room injection moulding
In the process of manufacturing moulds for clean room production, we use quality stainless steel from reputable and certified mould suppliers. A requirement for clean room moulds is that the moulds are constructed in such a way that the contouring area of the moulds - in what is known as dry-running - guarantees continuous production without the need for lubricants. This ensures clean room production to at least ISO Class 8 (100,000) or lower, unlike the clean room booths in the grey room of other processors.
