Our own toolshop works together with long-standing regional partners. We develop, design and build precision injection moulds. Finishing and fine adjustments are carried out in-house. Our internal team for maintenance, adjustment and overhaul of moulds ensures a rapid response to any incidents.

Basically, A. Hopf GmbH offers three different types of development: in addition to the sale and marketing of our own developed parts and moulds, we produce specially developed products exclusively for the customer or application-oriented products in co-development with the customer.
Depending on the special material and the choice of steel for the mould, the prototyping and the number of parts, we decide on the number of cavities and the size of the mould corresponding to the injection moulding machine.
