Capabilities

For production, we have 27 injection moulding machines, ranging from 6 to 550 tonnes and offering different clamping pressures. We set up the appropriate injection moulding machine according to the geometry of the injection moulded parts, the weight and size of these parts and the material.

As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of medical device components, we produce for various application areas with our demand for the highest quality standards, which includes qualification according to regulatory requirements 13485:2016.

The technical sector mainly includes industrial products, safety products and consumer products. In the technical injection moulding sector, we offer special materials or very complex injection moulded geometries with different unscrewing threads and injection moulded parts combined with metal inserts.

In the medical and technical field for various applications, our injection moulded products are of a very high quality with very small dimensional tolerances and a very high level of surface finish.
